Increase IIS work process execution time

Hello,

I had made large project in asp.net and deployed it in IIS 6.0. The Project consist of lot of looping in coding file. That increase page Execution time.

I would like to know from anyone, Is there any settings or code that decrease the execution time.

Basically IIS work process memory space has been full after few minutes. So Is there any code that flushed the memory.

I need help.
