Can jplayer or other js video player play video data stream in MVC view?

It is like a real-time video surveillance page.For example,my MVC view page has a js player to play a long time video called video1.mp4 or real-time video from my camera server,and my web site is in the other web server.So I do not want to download the whole video1.mp4 from camera server.I just want to return real-time video data stream to the web browser and if the user want to download the video,the stream will combine to a video.,Can js player can play the data stream and combine the stream to the video at the same time in client? Or I have the only one way is to download the video from camera server to web server firstly,and then return the filename to the web brower?How can I show the real-time video in MVC?
