garbage ideal wcf client Instances

Hello experts,

Is there any way to collect ideal wcf client objects and garbage them using window service...

it is because wcf service is throwing time out exeception and we have configured enough throttling parameters. every client is not closing connection. I need an alternative

please suggest way to achieve
other alternatives also invited.

You never need it. .NET is based on Garbage Collection. Am I missing something?
