How to stop only one application not a entire website on IIS

Under iplanetwebsite I have applications deployed on IIS 6.0 as shown in following image url

Here I want to stop only one particular application not a entire website. How I can do that please tell step by step.

You can use separate application pools for each of your applications. You go to application pools and create new as many as you require
