"An error occurred when verifying security for the message" on calling RetrieveMultiple action on MSDynamics

I am trying to consume the MSDynamic soap webservice http://schemas.microsoft.com/xrm/2011/Contracts/Services/IOrganizationService/RetrieveMultiple

The background Login is successful but the retrievemultiple action does not allow me access to the instance of MS Dynamics and gives me "An error occurred when verifying security for the message"
can anyone help?
