As you have clearly told about real time programmer .you need to work on more real time projects.its not about 3+ years or 10+ years of experiance its about how much you know in programming and how can you solve all .

Nothing, really - none of those technologies have anything to do with real time programming[^] which is a completely different discipline, and requires a different way of thinking and coding.

But - to get three years of experience as a programmer using the technologies you mention all you need to do is get a job using them and stick at it fro three years: there is no other way.
