How Can I develop my own DirectShow sync File source Filter ?

Hi,
I am vb.net Developer,I am new in Directshow and C++.

Issue is:

I need to change a video file(change in bytes of file with hashing or ....)to be playable only with my own software.As if it was copied by someone not playable.

so I need to write player for turn back file to original format in playing time,as I know I must do it via directShow and Async File source Filter please Help me and tell me the solution.
