Hi
 

Does someone know if if i run PSEXEC (or WMI) N times in the same program -
does it open N new sessions?
or does it uses the same session over and over again?

Where do you find that 'session_id'? There is one (standard) environment variable which is SESSION_NAME. Is it that one you mean?
If yes that will always be the same one. (well, on client operating systems anyway; on servers there are multiple sessions). Session may also run on the service contaxt (session 0, which used to be the console session before Vista, or in background session.
