Windows Phone 8 App development software installation help

Hi All, i'm 1+ Experienced in C#.net. i'm interested to learn and develop WindowsPhone8 App i have installed the software, while i run the emulator not present and it shows the error message as enable the Hyper v option. i try to enable the options available on BIOS Settings, but that Hyper-V options not present on it. can any please help me thanks in advance.

If your processor does not support Hyper V then what is it that you would expect us to do about it?
