where?.....on GUI or web service. If in web service then how?

It's not an error but an exception which has been thrown by the service which you had an agreement to use.

On the other hand, you are trying to upload more data which the service gave you contract for.

There is nothing much you can do this about. The best is change the service (if you own the service) or talk the service owner if there is a possibility to adjust to your requirements.
