How can I write C# live stream to apache server?

I have a C# app which gets continuous bitmaps from IpCamera.. now I want to stream this as a live video. I would like to stream this to a server (apache) and clients (HTML5) can read the stream from the server.
How can I do that? Please give me suggestions or samples or examples... Thanks you

You need to either buy or write a streaming media server.
