Purpose of Using Bulit in Keyboard at website login page to get KeyStroke

Today i cam accros a webstite who has a built in keyboard at their login page, i was searching that why they use this keyboard to get keystorke from the user for login,???
I don't if i am asking it the right way, i just want to know why and what is the logic of using this....

It may be a website designed for touchscreens.

It still accepts keyboard input
