How to integrate cocos2d-x v3.0 in visual studio?

I would like to develop game for windows phone as well as cross platform using Cocos2d-x updated version. But I can not know how to integrate cocos2d-x template in visual studio (2012). That's why I'm not being able to start. Please help me immediately. Thanks in advance.
