VSTO 2003 EXCEL SETUP

Hi,
I need help with the setup of a 2003 vsto addin. The problem is how do i set securty for a vsto 2003 application.I get a error when i lunch the excel and the addin loads.
"Could not load file or assembly 'ProjectNameDemo, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. Failed to grant permission to execute. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131418)"

I have tried Deploying Office 2003 Solutions with Auto-update Functionality

Is there a reason you are targeting a system that is over 10 years old?

Sure there is. I use Office 2003. I use VS 2008. I use .Net 3.5. That I use a system that is over 10 years old is simply that the Redmond weenies changed the UI after 2003. And the bloat in VS after 2008 is just too much.

Please try to answer the OP's question.

You would write a new add-in for Visual Studio 2003? OK. Help the OP out then.

Adding an add-in is not in my bag of tricks. Ask about programming applications, services, etc. and I'll try to help.

My comment responded to your assumption that newer is better. And that's not true!

It is not a valid question at all! OP specifically said 2003. Your opinion, although it may be valid, is totally off topic. Please recall the answering guideline "Let's work to help developers, not make them feel stupid."

Again, I did not provide my opinion. I asked a question. It's very simple. You assumed that I was suggesting the user shouldn't or that newer was better and yet I never said any of that.

I am using 2003 because because 2012 add in is not back work compatible, and that customer uses office 2003.
