Video sharpening using C#

I want to sharpen a video (AVI or MP4 ) formats. My approach is breaking a video into image first and then using the unsharp mask filter. And then producing a video back from images. SO can anyone suggest me how to do it. Or if anyone has a better Approach, Please suggest.

You can use silverlight or html5. .You can use google to search it :)
