How to convert pdf to excel using php

I want to convert pdf file which holds all tables into excel file.
Is it possible to do so without using 3rd party library?
Is there any code snippet for php for the same.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Thanks dear friend but I am searching for pdf to excel that too without using external library. i.e; to do it with pure php coding.
