How do I make it so a text box only allows css?

I have my site with profiles and I was wondering how to make it so only css was operational and no other code? So if someone typed <style>CSS HERE</style><html>HTML HERE</html> it would ignore the html and just keep the css!

エモンガ=emonga, anyway, you will have to parse your text with javascript or other way.
By the way, if your name is actually Emolga then it would be エモ-ガ . Sorry for being annoying
