According to me book title doesn't matter. All will tech you only character set, keywords of specific programming language. So any book will be fine. Main thing is development of algorithms to solve the given issue.
If algorithm is weak none of books can help it. So I would suggest choose any book which has vocabulary that you can understand. Try to develop algorithms on paper without any programming language.
for example take any 2 numbers we need to interchange (swapping) them in their places. if you can do this on paper then programming language vocabulary is not a big deal.

May be I ain't expert like you guys but this is my opinion.
