ajax tool kit App_licence Dll generating error

i am using ajax tool kit in my web site.
everything working fine on localhost.
but when i uploaded my web site to server it generating error like this.

Could not load file or assembly 'App_Licenses' or one of its dependencies. This assembly is built by a runtime newer than the currently loaded runtime and cannot be loaded.

if i will remove all ajax dll from bin then no problem occurred.but that way i amnot able to use ajax controls & extenders.
