I'm trying compile one project 2008 in Visual Studio 2013, but i need that the project compile with runtime 2.0 and Visual Studio 2013 use .net 4.0 as default.

I used
HTML
<TargetFrameworkVersion>v2.0</TargetFrameworkVersion>
in .vcxproj but the assembly continue with .net 4.0

I compiled same project in visual studio 2008 and worked (.net 2.0 has used), but i need compile this in vs2013 because license.

I have visual studio 2008 and 2013 installed, but visual studio 2013 accuse that v90 not installed..

if havent a valid licence for your VS 2008 you also arent ALLOWED to run the 2008 Tools with the VS 2013.

Micorsoft writes that it is a supported feature. So check all settings in the project. Search for "4.0" in the whole project.
