Text editor and RDLC to word export

Here is a word document in the below link, due to formatting problem, I could not post here.....

In the word file at last a paragraph with TODO describes my query or helping query. I have got a task to:
1. take input from web interface - where user will enter text with formatting similar to MS Word - i.e. bullets, numbering, font name, size, table, page margin differ in page to page, etc.
Taking input I have to save the input to MSSQL Database table.

2. Reporting: From MSSQL table, the previously stored texts (formatted) will be read and displayed in word / RDLC report with same WORD looking formatting (as the file of top link look - for sample).

I need some experts suggestion:
- If this can be done using ASP .NET with Ext.Net and RDLC?
- If not possible then if you provide some strong link, I can show to my customer about it's difficulty level.
