hi friends iam using vs2010 in my laptop when iam run application it displays the error like

D:\practiceaspnet\WebSite1\Default2.aspx: ASP.NET runtime error: Root element is missing. (C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\Config\web.config)

iam trying but i cant find the solution please find solution for me..
