Is it possible to generate Package Secure ID and Client secret key for an already submitted and public phone app?

Or would it need a new build to be uploaded?

Package SID and Client secret key is required for enabling Notifications using Windows Notification Service.

Solution 1

I went through dev center dashboard of one of my friend's account and found that is not possible to generate "Package SID" and "Secret key" for an already uploaded phone app. A fresh upload will be required.
