I am trying to submit an email with an attachment using the below code and I am getting this error. I can send emails from a form without an attachment with some other code so every thing should be setup on my server.

"Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
