How Do I Add A Tool Tip To Radlistbox

In My SL5 Application i have data in typed-lists need to be binded to listbox, i am able to bind it in 2 ways, by assigning the itemssource along with displaymemberpath. also adding individual items using listitems,and i can add tooltip while adding listitems, but that approach takes time, but in 1 approach it was fast, i need to add tooltip in a faster way...
any suggestions appreciated.
