how to send files directly between the client and the client using WCF and have notified percent complete. if have demo very good.
I found in internet, only way client send to server then server send to client.

There can be many ways. In WCF, the term "client" means some part which is connected to some service. In other words, one of your "clients" has to play the role of the service for a while, and another one should connect to it. As simple as that.

It would take me good amount of time I don't have at the moment. But what's the problem? It seems, you know how to connect a client to a server, so you should know how to become a server (listen)...

It that possible that you just try the idea I just gave you? Have you been able to create a WCF service with WFC self-hosted in the service application? Is so, all you have to add is the same behavior on the client side. Perhaps, you could get more flexibility if you use raw sockets instead of WFC (more exactly, TcpClient/TcpListener); interested?
