add custom header footer in window.print which shows on every page ?

HI all,
i am using window.print function to print the innerhtml of a div. now we need to add custom header and footer which shows on every page i tried to add header and footer but thats only at top and bottom of the print document not able to get header and footer for each page in print document. can some one please guide me on this ?
