How to implement HTML template in Umbraco

Dear All,
I have my websites HTML template which has it's CSS, image files and JS files along, How can I implement these files in Umbraco CMS to make it work.

I have never used Umbraco before so I'm not aware about it's features any help would be really good for a newbie like me.
