All Html Is One Line And I M Unable To Align It How Can I Format ? Giving Warning For " Attribute" Not Suppoted

I want to convert html page into master page but problem is that all the html on the index page is place with in one line and i m unable to format and align i also try Clt+F,K etc but some portion is aligned but most of line of html code remain same... how to fix this issu?
