Struts tiles footer tag displaying in middle of jsp page. How can I correct this?

I have two jsp pages. In one page(index.jsp) the tiles is working fine. But on other page(details.jsp) the footer tag is displaying in middle.

The index page is very short and the details page is a bit lengthy. I have checked the div tags. Its not the problem. Does the page size have to do anything? If yes, please provide a solution. I am really stuck.

How can I set the footer at last? Please help.
