Why my eclipse unable to launch(only 92%)?

Hello, I got one problem that happen when i launch my code in eclipse it unable to launch and freeze at 92% all time. after i restart my eclipse it run properly at one time and after that it cause the same problem(unable to launch 92%). so how can i solve this problem.

check eclipse file or reinstall eclipse .

any error messages? I'd check the Java VM (also which one is used in Eclipse).
