iPhone not connecting with bluetooth RFID reader

I have iPhone 4S [iOS version 7.1.2].Its connecting fine with my bluetooth audio player
but not able to recognize any other bluetooth device [like and android or plain Nokia phone]


My main main objective is to connect it with one rfid reader [see here]
which doesn't support what iPhone bluetooth protocol supports[as per RF code customer care]

I wan to know if there is any way around to achieve this goal.

may be some
1>some bluetooth to wifi converter device
2>hardware than can convert iPhone's bluetooth protocol to ordinary bluetooth protocol
with some api to access it.

or anything else.

please help me.I am stucked :(
