Eclipse ADT for Android update not working

i want to update my ADT Bundle. when i update using help>check for updates it shows no update found but at every run ADT needs update. i also try using help>install new software and copy link available on google ()[^] but the following error comes.

Solution 1

I guess the error is because the Plugins that you're using require some other versions of Dependancy softwares on your System.

I would ask you to install any one update at a time to get to know which of the update is actually causing this havoc.
