The Project -Sample is made from which version of VB

Dear Sir,

I have downloaded one sample for Webcam control named "download Vb sample" from following link,

www.codeproject.com/Articles/285964/WPF-Webcam-Control

I succeed to download, but now when I go top open this with VB 2010, I not succeed to load this, and ask for newer version , so can i know with which version I succeed to load this, thus I get all result, all forms & codes etc..

Thus I request you to guide me the same.

Don't post this under Quick Answers - if you got the code from an article, then there is a "new message" button at the bottom of that article, which causes an email to be sent to the author. They are then alerted that you wish to speak to them.
Posting this here relies on them "dropping by" and realising it is for them.
