how to set search panel always expandable

Hmmm, how should we know what you mean with "search Panel" or "expandable"? Of course I can guess what you mean (and proably right) but I'd would be much help if you use a better description and the correct technical Terms - eg. Control type names etc. (we are no knitting club, but programmers, aren't we?). So you did say what you want - but what is the problem that hinders you from doing that? What have you tried, (Show code?) Where are you stuck? So please improve your question.
