How to add configuration files of different projects in ClickOnce deplayement

I am using ClickOnce for deployment of my project. My solution contain 2-3 projects and I am using reference of project in my main project. I would like to know how to add App.config file in installed location.
I am getting "configuration section for logging cannot be found in the configuration source" exception.
