There is a link to the left of the page near the top of the Article, titled "Browse Code", that would be worth clicking.

Solution 1

Normally there is a link near the top of the article which provides a download of the associated code - it's usually just above the "Introduction section:

This should download a ZIP file for you.
If there isn't an obvious one, then we would need a link to the article to identify where it is on that specific document.

Do note that some articles do not include a download - it isn't compulsory!

Click the link, download the ZIP file, open the file, and it should be there.
You can't "see" it in a browser because you would need to modify, compile and run it - and that means code in a format you can load into VS for example.
