i am completing bachelor of degree in computer
now i m working in company as a MIS executive
i have 1yr experience in that field

can i work as a software testing profile in same company & other IT company
can company measure the mis executive experience
so can i switch ..?

How could a bunch of strangers on the internet possibly answer such a question? We have no idea about your skills or experience, or what openings are available in your area. Look at the jobs advertised by companies you would like to work for and try a few applications. Talk to your manager and see if you can switch in your existing company.
