C# forms viewing saved records while opening the form

i created forms in visual studio. Created like this
1. Selected data source
2. Selected dataset
3. Selected table name and changed it to detail view
4. And drag the detail view into the form

form working well passing all the datas to the database but i want my form ready for new entry while opening the form without showing old records.

What do you mean by old records? do you have sort your records by date and time? can you please explain your question more clearly?

You question is not clear.
Try binding details view with dataset containing columns only i.e, with 0 rows.
