How Do I Create 3 Different Activities Containing Multiple Choice Questions

Each activity Having Single multiple Question
in first activity it must be a next button, if any option is not selected the next button shouldn't show.
in second activity 1 next & 1 back button, if back button is clicked answer may be change.
in last activity marks will be calculate of all the questions, correct answer carries 10 marks.

Please help me i am a beginner
