How do I capture a Application's audio separated from the System's

Dear All,
How can I get the audio from the Windows System.
I read the MSDN and had a sample code using WASAPI to capture the endpoint device audio.
But those I got was mixed with several current application's.

But if I want a specific application's audio.
How can I do?

Can I fullfill it under AP mode?
Or need to do someting under driver?
