So: define what you mean with "connect", "Windows Service application", "execute", "Shell script". Just a tip: maybe put some effort in your question and enjoy effort in the answers? I can guess a lot what you may mean, but wait this comment is allready longer than your "question" - (your post doesn't contain one...) - you see?

Your service would need to use Telnet or SSH to connect, and run these scripts.
