How to redirect from a MVC4 view to another view?

Dear All.

I am using ASP.NET MVC4 membership, I have created my custom views for Log In and Register. The problem i am facing now even if a user logged in into His/Her account he can go to log In page (View). I want to implement this feature that when Request is authenticated if user tries to open log In page he/she should be redirected to the home page until unless he/she is not logged of? any help would be appreciated.
