"any solution?", sure is. Supply a valid user name, password and security token. Or have your account unlocked.

credentials r valid..i have reset the token as well bt its still throwin error

The solution is to provide the proper credentials to SalesForce. I would suggest you refer to https://developer.salesforce.com/[^]
