How can I remove ASP.NET from windows7 when it is locked as administrator

I have ASP.NET on my computer by mistake. It is locked as administrator leaving me

unable to do anything requiring administrator permission. A password is requested.

I do not have and cannot find how to obtain one. Deleting requires permission so

that does not work. Everything I have found online is useless for me.

Could someone help?
