BarChart Control not showing after adding reference to ajax dll

I want to use ajax barchart control in my web form.
when i try to add all ajax controls to toolbox by adding a new tab,while adding it adds ajax barchart control to toolbox.But when i try to add reference to ajax dll after placing it in bin folder,it shows all controls except the barchart and other chart controls? Why so? Becoz of this issue i m not able to use this control on my web form.
After adding all ajax controls to toolbox,if i try to use barchart control from there it gives error while compilation itself.

Please help me..
