NHibernate concurrency issue.

Hi,
We are using NHibernate(V:1.2.1.4000) in our project, and in few scenarios we are facing concurrency issues.(Data does not get saved properly, missing data)
We are using ISessionFactory and ISession.
Is it something to do with that we are using a older version of NHibernate?

It would be very helpful if any of you have any suggestion.
