Java application to send and receive serial(UART) data using COM ports

Hi, I am trying to develope a java application for Embedded device to communicate with them using COM ports of the computer.

Java Swing or JavaFX application to search available COM ports, Select one and Send a character using that port to embedded device and also receive a character from the Embedded device and display it on the screen. The signal, which is send to or receive from are the serial(UART) signal.
