How Do I Pass The Parameters In Crystal Reports

Server Name = DMS_KGS12\NEW,
Server Address= 10.32.2.60

Here i wants to pass dropdownList paramaters to Crystal Reports... i tried but it is only working in my local system.. when i put published data to local server(10.32.2.60) with hwms folder,after the login when i click Report page it says error " page load failed" ...
Sir, plz help me .......
