sapnco_utils assembly error

When i run the service it shows me the following error

The type 'SAP.Middleware.Connector.IRfcTracable' is defined in an assembly that is not referenced. You must add a reference to assembly 'sapnco_utils, Version=3.0.0.42, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=50436dca5c7f7d23'.

My system iss 32 bit and I added all 32 bit(gsdll32,sapnco,sapnco_utils) dll to Bin folder.

But im still getting this error.

Which version of .Net framework are you using?

Its 32. The issue is solved i Replaced the Dll.
